3-Way Calling This feature allows you to talk to two other parties at the same time. Simply push your flash key and it will put the first party on hold. When you hear a special dial tone, dial the second party. Press the flash key again and you can talk to both parties at the same time.
 
6-Way Calling Need to hold a mini conference? This feature will connect up to five other parties just by dialing each participant. Participants can drop off the call at their discretion. Simply dial *62 before you call each participant.
 
Anonymous Call Rejection The anonymous caller rejection feature gives you the ability to reject incoming calls that have private caller ID information. When you dial *77 from your line, a tone confirms that the service is active. To de-activate, you dial *87.
 
Automatic Call Back Is the line you're dialing busy? Just hang up and dial *66. For the next 30 minutes, your phone will check to see when the number you dialed is idle. When the your phone is able to connect the call, your phone will give you a special ring.
 
Automatic Line (Hotline) Automatic line is a line that is programmed so when you pick up your phone, the number automatically dials a pre-assigned number.
 
Automatic Recall This lets you automatically redial the number of the most recent call you received.
 
Call Forwarding Busy This feature will send calls to a designated number if your line is busy.
 
Call Forward Fixed Forwards all calls to a specified number. Expired telephone numbers that still appear on business cards or advertising can be forwarded to your new number(s).
 
Call Forwarding No Answer This feature will send unanswered calls to a designated number after 5 rings. These calls can be routed to your voice messaging system, answering service or cell phone.
 
Call Forwarding Variable Call Forwarding allows you to automatically forward all incoming calls to a selected local, mobile, 800, or long distance number. Just dial *72, then call the number of where you want it to be forwarded. When the phone is answered, hang up. If the phone is busy, or no one answers, repeat the first two steps. You'll hear two quick tones when it is activated.
 
Call Hold Your phone doesn't have a hold button? This feature allows you to place a call on hold temporarily while placing or answering another call. Just dial *64.
 
Call Pick-Up Need to answer a call that's not ringing at your desk? Just set up a predefined call pick-up group. Any phone within that group can answer any incoming call of that group. Just dial *99 while the call is ringing.
 
Call Transfer Need to transfer a call to another party? Just press 'Flash' to put the first person on hold. When you receive dial tone, call the number of where you would like the call transferred. Press 'Flash' again and then hang up.
 
Call Waiting Allows you to answer another call while you're on the phone. A special tone alerts you to the call coming in.
 
Call Waiting ID Two great features packaged together. Call waiting will alert you that someone is calling and the Caller ID will display the second caller's information. This feature requires Caller ID equipment.
 
Caller ID Manage your calls better by seeing who is calling first without answering the phone. Caller ID will display the information of your calling party and you decide how to handle the call. This feature requires Caller ID equipment.
 
Caller ID Block Allows you to make calls without your name showing up on the destination's caller ID display. Just dial *67 before the call.
 
Distinctive Ring Specialized ringing for distinguishing incoming faxes and phone calls.
 
Hunt An incoming call will search for the first idle line within a predetermined hunt group so your caller's are less likely to receive a busy signal.
 
Remote Access Call Forwarding Gives you the flexibility to remotely forward calls-anytime, from any touch tone phone, so calls are never missed. Selective Call Acceptance will screen and reject all calls unless they are in your specified screening list. You can have rejected calls forwarded to another predetermined number.

Selective Call Forwarding will forward all calls from a selected number to a specified location.

Rejection
Selective Call Rejection will screen and rejects calls based on your specified screening list. Callers that are on the list will be notified by a voice prompt that the party they are trying to reach has rejected their call. Screen up to fifteen numbers.
 
Speed Calling 8 Assigns a single digit code to 8 frequently dialed phone numbers. Program by dialing *74.
 
Speed Calling 30 Assigns a two-digit code to 30 frequently dialed phone numbers. Program by dialing *75.
 
Voice Messaging Voice messaging allows your caller to leave a message if your line is busy or if you are unable to get to the phone in time.
